CBT is a holistic therapy approach for one to manage and maintain one's way of thinking by changing your thought patterns and behaviors enabling you to cope with any given situation that may seem like a problem in a positive way and giving you the capacity to change how you think, feel and behave.
CBH Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness While one is in hypnosis the conscious mind becomes quiet allowing access to the subconscious mind and maintaining total control of your awareness. Hypnosis is an easy and effective way to change the subconscious mind, bring clarity to the conscious mind, and enhance communication with the superconscious mind.
The conscious mind.
The conscious mind is part of the consciousness, to judge, be logical, and evaluate appearing that everything must be judged, Hypnosis enables you ways to view situations to see if there is a different approach.
The conscious mind involves willpower and reasoning, it takes control of logical and intellectual, decisions, planning, and communication, having no capacity for emotions aware of internal and external happenings.
The Subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind stores everything that has happened to you all the documents of your life including your habits, losses, traumas, and mental thoughts, This filing system is filled with everything you have ever experienced or perceived including your emotions, decisions, imagination, habits, and beliefs. Using this filing system you automatically review what has worked or failed to work in your past decisions and the desired outcome as this happens automatically the conscious mind has no time to observe the process.
The subconscious mind has control of the physical functions i.e. breathing, intuition, memory, digestion, feelings, and emotions. Not aware of mental and external happenings.
